Return & Exchange Policy
At Muktabanerjee, every apparel item is custom-tailored upon order, which means we do not offer standard exchanges or replacements.

If you experience any issues with your product, please reach out to us immediately. We are dedicated to addressing your concerns and ensuring your satisfaction.

In cases where a defective product is received and an exchange or refund is requested, you must contact us on the same day or within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Please note: A video recording of the unboxing (from the moment the parcel is opened) is mandatory as proof. Requests that do not include video proof will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
Due to the made-to-order and customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed.

There are strictly no refunds after payment. However, if there are any issues with the item received, we encourage you to contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

Cancellation, Return & Replacement
As per our policy, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or replacements after the order is placed, as all garments are custom-crafted for each customer.

Damages and Issues
We take great care in inspecting all products before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please inform us within 4–7 days of receiving the order.

To request a replacement:

Share a video of the parcel being opened showing the damage clearly.

Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number, full name, address, and the video.

Our team will respond within 2–4 business days to guide you through the replacement process.
